Med Psych Care is a multidisciplinary team that consists of Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Therapists and Clinical Coordinators who specialize in working with the geriatric, adult, adolescent, and child population.

Advanced Therapy Care

Med Psych Care therapist take on self pay clients. Therapists provide client’s with the techniques and skills that enable them to have the power to heal their mind, body, and soul from within.

Insurance Plans Accepted

Psychiatrists accept commercial insurance plans, medicaid, and medicare. Clinical coordinators can check eligibility and verification. Upon request, we provide patient’s with courtesy reminder calls.

Child and Adolescent Psych Care

We have partnered with a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to help patients’ under 18 get the adequate treatment clinically needed for them to feel better again.

Medical Privacy

We adhere to HIPPA compliant policies and do not release confidential information, documents, or records without a signed HIPPA Authorization Release Form.

Meet Dr. Naveed Iqbal

Dr. Iqbal is the Chief Medical Officer at Medical Psych Care, PLLC.

He graduated from the University of Ibadan College of Medicine,  served as the Chief Resident and Columbia University Psychiatry Residency program and  Fellowship program Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Naveed Iqbal, M..D. is Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has 38 years of academic research and clinical experience.

He has worked in community mental health, private practice, and is a certified expert in Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) for clinical depression.

Dr. Iqbal care’s to working with his patients to offer work with them to reclaim their life’s desired balance. At Medical Psych Care, treatment plan’s are catered towards your comfort, convenience, and clinical needs.  Dr. Iqbal provides traditional treatments including; psychopharmacology, psychotherapy and also provides the newest treatments such as TMS.  A non-medication, non-invasive treatment alternative to traditional treatments that can cure patients of depression symptoms effectively, safely and with minimal side effects.
